Ah, Triple M Sydney, You've done it again...

Must write this piece yet again about Sydney's Triple M. Some bright spark either in copy or creative or whatever has decided their latest ID should say:

"The only time we interrupt is when we have to tell you there are no interruptions" - or words to that effect.

People, people, people...go into your archives and see if you can find Vince Sorrenti's album "Unbelievable" from the mid 80's. Play the first track on side 2 towards the very end. Vince takes the part of a radio announcer for an imaginary station called FRQ-FM, and in it he announces a few songs in a row which makes up track 2 onwards on that side of the album, by saying "Absolutely no interruptions except us telling you there are no interruptions".

I hope you guys are giving Vince his dues for knocking off his idea done almost 24 years before you guys thought of it...
